I been depressed for a long time now. Years and years. Im 21 now. During the day im happy, with spells of depression all throughout, but at evenings and night, its pure depression and self hate.Havnt made friends tho im working on that, tried talkin to parents, they think im blamin depression for my weird behaviour and irratibility. Recently ive started having my hair thinning all over. Its not drastically noticable unless i apply gel or im out of the shower. Ive started taken more care about my hair, and planning to stop using shampoos that arent natural, also using hypnosis cds to help relax. But this hair loss was the last straw. I cant take it. I know worrying is worse, but theres no cure. I already think im ugly and i hate myself, even tho i know ppl dont think exactly the same about me. I just dont know what to do anymore. I am one step away from sucicide. I have no help. and i know there will be no help for my hair loss.
